COSTS, HOW TO BOOK & HOW TO PAY

Teacher Wristbands: Free of Charge - Ratio - 1 Free Teacher Wristband per 12 dancers only. Please provide the names of those collecting these.

Dancer Entry Cost: 

£16.00 -  First Group Dance Entry Per Dancer 

£8.00  - Per Additional Group Entry Per Dancer 

Spectators - £16.00 per spectator 

Spectators 3 yrs & under - FREE 

Payment Information:

Deposit: Please pay the deposit when booking via the cloud platform to secure your place

Final Balances: Final balances can be paid either via BACS before the event or through a card machine/with cash on the event day. You will receive a final invoice from CUO which will contain BACS details.

Dancers and Spectators: Please note that dancers and spectators can only purchase wristbands and enter the event through their dance school.

Supergroups are similar to large groups/mega crews but ALL SIX dance styles compete together to be named the top supergroup of the day!

This section comes with a THEME. 

The supergroup that the judges feel interpreted the theme the best will win!

Note: Due to the scale of entries, we may split the supergroups based on ability thresholds from our cloud ( your entries) and/or age volumes to ensure groups get a fair chance of placing. We won't know this information until all entries are in which is normally 1 to 2 weeks before the event date.

DEC 2024 SUPERGROUP THEME:

Dancers can enter as many teams as wanted, excluding supergroups - only 1 entry per school.

Our special "Golden Tickets": At each regional event, our judges and the CUO team will award 4 GOLDEN tickets to dancers who radiate passion and possess a unique flair. These tickets grant access to an exclusive workshop held during the Championships, tailored just for them.
