Group size 15-50 dancers.

Supergroups are similar to large groups/mega crews but ALL SIX dance styles compete together to be named the top supergroup of the day!

This section comes with a THEME. 

The supergroup that the judges feel interpreted the theme the best will win!

Note: Due to the scale of entries, we may split the supergroups based on ability thresholds from our cloud ( your entries) and/or age volumes to ensure groups get a fair chance of placing. We won't know this information until all entries are in which is normally 1 to 2 weeks before the event date.

2025 SUPERGROUP THEME:

"Family Bond"

Dancers can enter as many teams as wanted, excluding supergroups - only 1 entry per school.

Abilities and ages are weighted at 25%, which means if you have more than 25% of dancers who are entered in any ability above beginners you will be moved into the open section for any style, or in age you will be moved to the higher age section, if unsure please ask. 

Dancers may not enter open and beginner in the same style unless the groups falls below the 25% rule.

Prizes and awards

Placing 1st-5th and each dancer will receive a medal and certificate which will be given to their teacher. 

Special Awards

Group of the day for:

1)Showing the best sportsmanship to other schools

2)Best performance

3)Most unique routine

4)Judges award

5) Overall school and Highest scoring team award based on the total score by teams entered (beginner 1*0.7 and open 1*1.0)

When to register, music submission & ticket orders

Dancer Registration opens 8 weeks before an event and closes 3 weeks - We do not accept entries after this time.

Music is required 2 weeks before an event to allow the DJ time to prepare, sent to info@callinguout.co.uk with the file name showing the team name and section they are entering, music will be rejected if not in this format.

Ticket numbers are required 3 weeks before the event to allow time for posting

Schools who attend this event will qualify to compete at our British Championships

Our special "Golden Tickets": At each regional event, our judges and the CUO team will award 4 GOLDEN tickets to dancers who radiate passion and possess a unique flair. These tickets grant access to an exclusive workshop held during the weekend, tailored just for them.
