If you attend a dance school, you must make sure your CUO Cloud account is created correctly and linked to your school.
This is important because your qualifications can only be seen on our system if your dancer account is linked to the correct school.
If your teacher has created and owns your account, you cannot then use that account to enter independently. For dancers under 18 entering independently, the parent must own the account.
Dancer registration opens 8 weeks before the event.
Registration closes 4 weeks before the event.
We cannot accept new entries after the closing date, and dancers cannot enter on the day.
Please make sure your booking, sections and dancer details are completed before the deadline.
All independent entries must be booked through the CUO Cloud portal.
You will need to:
- Create an account.
- Add your dancer details.
- Select the event you want to attend.
- Add your spectator numbers.
- Enter the dancer into the correct sections.
- Pay online, where available, or when you collect your tickets on the door.
Once you have completed your booking, you may be able to pay online through the portal.
If you do not pay online, you can pay when you collect your tickets on the door at the event.

Signing up as a parent
First steps:
1) Create an account on CUO Cloud, ensuring you click Parent Membership
2) Add your dancer's information to create a dancer account that is linked to your parent account
Tickets can be reserved and estimates can be amended up to 3 weeks before the event. Tickets are non-refundable should you pull out after this date. Dancer registration is due 4 weeks before the event, no entries can be submitted after this point, no entries will be accepted on the day.
Event Registration for all sections must be done via the CUO CLOUD
Dancers may not register for events on the day or after registration closes.
We don’t have the resources to reply to independent entries on a mass scale. If you need any help, please email us and we will do our best to get back to you.
If you are aged 18 or over, create your own Dancer account on CUO Cloud.
Once your account is created, you can book yourself into an event.
Go to Event Registration, select the event, add any spectator numbers, then enter yourself into the correct sections.
Once the event is open for entries, log in to CUO Cloud and go to My Events.
You will see the available sections for the event.
Click the section you want to enter and add the dancer.
You will be asked to select the dancer’s ability level.
The system will automatically work out the correct age section based on the dancer’s date of birth.

When you book your independent entry, you may be able to pay online through CUO Cloud.
If you do not pay online, you can pay when you collect your tickets on the door at the event.
Please make sure your booking is complete before the event deadline, even if you are paying on the day.
Collect your tickets on the door at the event. Please arrive 45 minutes before your section dances.
If you have not paid online, you can pay when you collect your tickets.
If you are entering a duo, both dancers need to be linked on the same parent account.
To do this:
- Log in to the parent account.
- Go to Dancers.
- Select Add Existing Dancer.
- Enter the other dancer’s Membership Number and Support PIN.
- Click Link Dancer.
- Go to Event Registration.
- Select the duo section.
- Register the dancers together.
The Membership Number and Support PIN must be the dancer’s details, not the parent’s.
Set routine videos are available through CUO+.
You must subscribe to CUO+ to access the set routine videos.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct section and ability level.
Yes, as per our entry rules.
Yes. Children under school-leaver age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the event.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child throughout the event.
All dancers take part at their own risk.
Due to the nature and size of our events, we do not have the resources to answer individual questions from independent entries.
Please read all event information carefully, including entry details, rules, ability criteria and qualification information before booking.
