Deadlines for Registration, Music Submission & Ticket Orders
Teachers -You can book entries and estimate ticket numbers at any time in advance.
Dancer Registration
- Opens 10 weeks prior to the event.
- Please aim to complete all registrations 4 weeks before the event.
- No entries will be accepted after the 3 week deadline when the event closes
Spectator Tickets -Final ticket numbers must be confirmed at least 3 weeks before the event to ensure tickets are posted on time.
Music Submission - Music must be uploaded 2 weeks before the event to allow sufficient preparation time for our DJ.
- Files must be named clearly using the following format:
- TeamName_SectionName (e.g., EliteStars_U10Acro).
- Incorrectly named files will be rejected.

Qualifier for our 2027 Championships
Why Attend Our Championships?
Our Championships are open to any dance school that attends one of our regular events — no exclusive invites, no barriers. We’re proud to keep things inclusive and welcoming, while still giving dancers something to strive for.
All attending schools can enter:
Friday Night Showdowns (Across-the-Floor, Duets, Battles)
Any Duos on Saturday
All Team Sections, MegaCrews and a Supergroup
Parent teams, Solos and duos
Soloists must qualify by placing 1st–6th at a regular event, In either Freestyle/Improv or Set solos, Both are routes to qualify for champs for a solo in that style. At Champs we are running the following sections -
Acrobatics Set solos
Contemporary Set solos
Street Freestyle Solos
This keeps the event inclusive for all, while creating a space for soloists to truly earn their spotlight on the Championship stage.

Golden Ticket
Our special "Golden Tickets": At each regional event, our judges and the CUO team will award 4 GOLDEN tickets to dancers who radiate passion and possess a unique flair. These tickets grant access to an exclusive workshop held during the weekend, tailored just for them.
