Spectator – £20 (On-the-door £22)
Teachers - Free
Spectators under 3yrs - Free
Booking: To secure your place you must pay a deposit, please complete the booking via our online system. An estimation of ticket numbers and the total amount of teams you are bringing is required when booking.

Deadlines for Registration, Music Submission & Ticket Orders
Teachers -You can book entries and estimate ticket numbers at any time in advance.
Dancer Registration
- Opens 10 weeks prior to the event.
- Please aim to complete all registrations on 01/02/26 4 weeks before the event.
- No entries will be accepted after the 3 week deadline when the event closes
Spectator Tickets -Final ticket numbers must be confirmed at least 3 weeks before the event to ensure tickets are posted on time.
Music Submission - Music must be uploaded 2 weeks before the event to allow sufficient preparation time for our DJ.
- Files must be named clearly using the following format:
- TeamName_SectionName (e.g., EliteStars_U10Acro).
- Incorrectly named files will be rejected.

Golden Ticket
Our special "Golden Tickets": At each regional event, our judges and the CUO team will award 4 GOLDEN tickets to dancers who radiate passion and possess a unique flair. These tickets grant access to an exclusive workshop held during the Championships, tailored just for them.
