Teachers -You can book entries and estimate ticket numbers at any time in advance.

Dancer Registration 

• Opens 10 weeks prior to the event.
• Please aim to complete all registrations on 14/09/25 4 weeks  before the event.
• No entries will be accepted after the 3 week deadline when the event closes

Spectator Tickets -Final ticket numbers must be confirmed at least 3 weeks before the event to ensure tickets are posted on time.

Music Submission - Music must be uploaded 2 weeks before the event to allow sufficient preparation time for our DJ.

• Files must be named clearly using the following format:
• TeamName_SectionName (e.g., EliteStars_U10Acro).
• Incorrectly named files will be rejected.
