All CUO event bookings and dancer entries are managed through the online Teacher Portal.
New teachers:
Create a Teacher Portal account first. Once your account is created, you will be able to add your dance school details and manage your event bookings.
Returning teachers:
Sign into your existing Teacher Portal account and select the event you would like to attend.
How to register your school:
- Log into the Teacher Portal.
- Go to your school account.
- Add or check your school details.
- Make sure your contact number, email address and postal address are correct.
- Select the event you would like to attend.
- Add your estimated numbers for dancers, spectators, teachers and teams.
- Book your school into the event and pay the required deposit.
Once the deposit has been paid, your school’s place at the event is secured.
If your estimated dancers, spectators, teachers or teams change by more than 10%, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan the event correctly.
Important:
Please make sure your school and contact details are correct, as these may be used for event information, invoices and wristband postage.
